During a session we won’t be spending hours talking about the past! I’m interested in helping you change your future. I use Clinical Hypnotherapy, Strategic Psychotherapy and NLP to guide you in a relaxing environment to help you make positive changes to old habits, behaviours and old ways of thinking in a fast, drug free and supportive approach.

Wowsers! Where do I begin? From my initial discovery call with Sam, I knew she was the one that was truly going to be able to help me. She was incredibly intuitive and empathetic and I found it so easy to be honest, open and raw straight away. In short, I reached out as I had struggled and obsessed over my weight for as long as I could remember and would often (daily) binge/crave chocolate/sweet treats and pick at anything I could get my hands on in between meals. I met Sam for my first session in person and she was just as lovely, warm, supportive, positive and had a very soothing voice, just like when I chatted to her over the phone. Instantly making me feel calm and at ease. It felt so easy to open up to her and show her my vulnerability, despite never having met her. She provided a very safe and nurturing space. I was a little anxious about the hypnosis aspect as I’d never engaged in anything like it before, but to be honest, I know I needed help and I knew Sam was the one that could help me, so I surrendered and trusted the process and it has been a phenomenal success! I am no longer binging on chocolate/sweets or picking between meals. I now have control over those thoughts and voices in my head and it’s so liberating! I can not recommend Sam enough, she is such a beautiful soul and I will be forever grateful to her for changing my life! What an incredible gift she possesses!

I am thrilled with the outcome from my sessions with Sam. I have tried for years to get rid of my need for chocolate or something sweet throughout the day, particularly at night. I genuinely believed nothing was going to work. I have tried everything - diets, gym, fasting. Although I could stop for a couple of weeks at a time, I would always slip back into my old ways. After 4 sessions with Sam, my whole relationship with sugary treats changed. I just don't want them anymore. I don't look at those cakes on the counter and feel my mouth water anymore. I genuinely don't feel anything. It’s like they're not even there. I have finally lost those irritating kg's - I thought they were a hereditary sign of ageing but instead, I feel GREAT and look better than I have in years.
